Video becomes installation
When on a clear summer evening the earth turns away from the sun, sunlight comes in again. I film the light of the sun and the shadows that slowly appear on the canvas hanging in front of the windows. I project this video recording on a white wall in another part of my living room. There the video image takes on a broader effect. The space will play along with the video projection; the screen print hanging on the other wall, the cabinet opposite. I'll add a chair. A lamp will be in the corner. I place the plant on a cupboard. Finally, I borrow a book from the library and put it on the table.
