Art route Leiden 2013
- Also this year I participate in the Art Route in Leiden. This time I show video artworks in the Theaterhuis Het Plantsoentheater. It is really worth a visit, it is a special house. In the attic I show a video diptych and in a room next to the basement / kitchen, you can also see a video artwork of mine. I am present on both days.

A farewell exhibition by Rien Monshouwer
- "About studying, teaching, leaving and especially going your own way". Rien says goodbye to the academy. He has invited 53 former students, who he once taught, to show a work. My video art work 'Gleisdreieck' is on show.

Art route Leiden 2012
- Art on location in Leiden. From houseboat to weaver's house, from blanket factory to anti-squat. Numerous workshops and galleries open their doors to the public. My video work can be seen in the canteen of the New Energy. The 3rd Binnenvestgracht is located between the Lange Gracht and the Maresingel, within walking distance of Leiden Central station.

Self-portraits
- Work by 55 artists from Leiden and beyond is on display. You can admire real self-portraits and personal interpretations of this subject. The opening is on Friday March 3, at 7 pm. Please note: The gallery is only open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 5 pm.

Twilight Bridges
- Bridges in Leiden become art locations. Inspired by the provincial theme year 'Long live the mills!' artists tell about wind, stream, windmills and water. Along the sailing route my video work 'That's what it's all about' can be seen on the terrace of the Odessa eatery, near the Gansoordbrug (Nieuwe Rijn / Hooigracht).

Twilight City 2011
- Visitors can enjoy special acts, seen from a boat that sails a route through the city center of Leiden. The theme of Twilight City is: 'Het Gevlucht', this is miller's jargon for the most characteristic part of the mill, the wings cross. My 1-minute film 'That's what it's all about' was shown on a rowing-boat during the opening and on the sailing route.

RE: OPEN
- RE: OPEN is an art project that connects Leiden, Muscat (Oman) and Berlin. Visual artist Julia van Adrichem visited Muscat in January. Video artist Ans Volkers will go to Berlin in April. Saturday, March 19, our RE: OPENING from 4 pm with 'Oh man, Oman!' by Julia van Adrichem and Berlin videos by Ans Volkers. The Leiden emphasis is from NV de Nieuwe Wanhoop.

World Expo 2010 Shanghai
- The theme of Expo 2010 is 'Better city, Better life'. The Pavilion of Footprints will feature four one-minute films I made of Berlin. In the context of City-One-Minutes, 24-hour portraits of cities around the world were made by various filmmakers. Every hour of the day is made into a minute video. The 24 one-minute films of each city are shown on 24 screens.

Media Art Flow Festival
- The festival intends to make the viewer look at art differently through the artistic use of new media. The spectator is confronted with art in his direct living environment. Three video works by my hand are shown on TV Almelo and at the central station of Almelo, the Netherlands.
